高温纳米压痕测试

Our latest application note highlights the wide range of high temperature nanoindentation applications that have used NanoTest systems, taking advantage of the superior high temperature stability and accuracy due to the unique horizontal loading configuration as well as active tip heating.

The app note contains 48 publications in total, which are grouped into five categories; nuclear materials, PVD coatings for cutting tools, fuel cell materials, aerospace materials and materials with other high temperature applications.

Within each category the published studies have been listed in order of the maximum test temperature. The choice of indenter material and test environment are also shown.

By grouping the publications together in this way, we hope to create a useful reference guide for NanoTest users to help with indenter material and test environment choices for different materials and maximum test temperatures.
